• Pocatello, ID (Bannock County) is right on top of I-86, I-15, and U-91, and about 5 miles from U-30, capitalizing on overland networks. 200+ motor carriers and 30+ terminals are located in the county offering one-day access to the West Coast’s major markets.
• The region’s location is ideal for expansion of industry tied to logistics and transportation, and agriculture. The proximity of a primary site to major state and national highways, railroads, and ports means less time on the road and more time churning out valuable product. The area is home to over 25,000 farms equaling over 11.8 million acres of land.

In 2017, Idaho lead the nation in population growth and Pocatello is the fifth largest city of the state, located right in between Idaho Falls and Twin Falls cities, and benefits from  significant east-west and north-south traffic.  As a region known as a large supplier of potatoes, grain and other crops, the facility will be also be outfitted for post harvest cooling, a process that helps extend the shelf life of product. The facility will also cater to the growing customer industry of other products such as meat-packing, diary and medical/pharmaceutical products.   Launch date is Fall 2020. The budget for the facility is $90 million.
